This was an extremely thorough class. I have a LTC license in two different states and believe this class covered the information more closely and clearly than what the other state classes did.

Course was well organized and the flow was easy to follow. There were time the instructor seemed to be distracted, momentarily, but easy to follow and understand.
All in all, it was a good presentation and disseminated the required materials
